We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Aluminium Factory Worker to assist in the manufacturing process of aluminium products. The successful candidate will operate machinery, handle materials, maintain equipment, and ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while following safety and quality standards.

Salary

Salary: AED 1100 (GHC4,620) +Overtime

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of aluminium goods (e.g. extrusion, casting, rolling).
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Measure and inspect aluminium components using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and perform basic machine maintenance.
- Assist with the packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished goods for shipping or storage.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Work collaboratively with other factory staff to meet daily production targets.
